RAY D’ARCY VISIT
RTE broadcaster Ray Darcy was the latest celebrity to visit D7ET. He popped in to promote the D7K, which will be held on Sunday, May 24th in the Phoenix Park.
While he was here he told us about his mother interviewing Shane McGowan in her kitchen, about how he ran two miles extra by mistake in a marathon, and how his DJ events bring people together – including two school parents. We learned also how he prefers radio to tv, as he doesn’t have to worry about his appearance.
