Junior & Senior Infants
- Junior and Senior Infants may currently attend Karate, Spanish and Science only.
- Please note there may be a gap between the end of the school day and the start time of some activities.
Collections & Attendance
- Club instructors from the external providers will normally meet children at the top of the stairs in the courtyard area at 2:10pm. Younger children should be reminded in advance which activity they are attending that day.
- If your child attends Stay & Play after activities, please ensure both the activity provider and Stay & Play staff are informed
- Please notify providers about absences, late arrivals or early collections where possible.
Food & Snacks
- Depending on the activity, children may be allowed a small snack.
- Please ensure children attending after-school activities have sufficient lunch and snacks for the day.
Waiting Lists & Returning Students
- Some activities prioritise returning students and may operate waiting lists.
- Providers may offer additional places during term where spaces become available.
Outdoor Activities
- Some activities may continue in outdoor conditions depending on the provider.
- Parents should contact providers directly regarding weather-related absences.
Cancellations
- Cancellation and refund policies are managed by the individual activity providers.
- Parents should contact providers directly regarding cancellations or refunds.
