2nd Class Visit Grangegorman Builiding
Grangegorman building is over 200 years old. When first built, it was used as a prison. We visited some of the cells downstairs. The guards could see all of the prisoners at once when they stood on the stairs. After that, Grangegorman was used as a mental asylum. It only closed its doors last year.
Now, the building is going to be used as a college.
Maybe some of us will be there.
