D7K Warm Up Session
mark Sexton came to the school on Wednesday march 26th to demonstrate effective warm-up techniques. The entire school staff and pupil contingent were there to take part, and moved and grooved to our guide’s dance beat. Thanks to the Student Council and Active Flag Committees for helping to organise.
