September in Ruth’s 6th class

We have had a very busy start to our final year of primary school. We are spending lots of time outdoors: we do outdoor drama every week, we had an outdoor assembly with Rachael’s class for Friendship Week and we have weekly GAA sessions with Mark. We have also had lots of fun playing tag rugby in PE and creating our own fun games during free play sessions. In the classroom, we have been creating some lovely artwork: letter sculptures for our pods, collaborative Friendship Week art, clay leaf bowls and even digital art to display our class’s core values. We are excited to see what the rest of the year will bring.
