During Active Week both of our 6th Classes got an opportunity to visit the East Wall Sports Centre and were given an introduction to watersports. The adventure began as the children got fitted with wetsuits and buoyancy aids before their baptism into the waters of Dublin Bay. The Mouth of the Tolka is the launching point for this great initiative and the would be pirates were soon sailing the high seas. The children had an amazing time and were on a high coming home. Some said it was the highlight of their school year, so much for all that algebra!
